Your Books Should Speak Your Language
Most business owners see their Profit & Loss statement once a year — in accounting jargon they don't fully understand. By then, it's too late to act. This tool changes that: upload your year's data and get immediate, actionable insights in business English.
What the Report Card Tells You
- Revenue trajectory: Are you growing, flat, or declining? Which half of the year was stronger?
- Margin health: How much do you actually keep per ₹100 of sales? Is it getting better or worse?
- Cash trapped: How much money is stuck with customers who haven't paid? Who are the worst offenders?
- Concentration risk: Are you too dependent on 2-3 customers or vendors?
- Seasonal patterns: When is your peak? When should you stock up or cut costs?
- Growth potential: If you collected faster and managed cash better, how much could you grow without additional capital?
How to Export from Tally
- Open Tally Prime → Gateway of Tally
- Go to Day Book (or any register you want to analyze)
- Set the date range (e.g., 01-Apr-2024 to 31-Mar-2025)
- Press Alt+E → select XML (Data Interchange)
- Save the file and upload here
Don't use Tally? Export your Day Book or Trial Balance as CSV from any accounting software (Busy, Zoho Books, QuickBooks). As long as it has Date, Ledger Name, Debit, and Credit columns, this tool will parse it.
