1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using 1010 ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Service is provided by 1010 Financial Technologies. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

1010 is a cloud-based AI-powered accounting, GST filing, and financial management platform for Indian businesses and CA firms. The Service includes invoice processing, ledger management, bank reconciliation, GST return preparation, and related features.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate business and GSTIN information. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service for any illegal purpose, to file fraudulent GST returns, to process data you do not have rights to, or to attempt to access other users' data. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclusive of applicable taxes. You may cancel at any time — access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase if the Service does not meet your needs.

6. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you upload or create in 1010. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your financial data. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. Service Availability

We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We will notify you of planned maintenance in advance. We are not liable for losses arising from service unavailability.

8. Limitation of Liability

1010 is an accounting tool — not a licensed CA firm. GST returns prepared by the Service should be reviewed by a qualified professional before filing. We are not liable for penalties arising from incorrect filings. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with 30 days' notice via email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
