When you use 1010, we collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, business name, GSTIN, and financial data you upload (invoices, bank statements, ledger entries). We also collect usage data such as pages visited, features used, and device information to improve our service.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your financial data is used exclusively to provide accounting, GST filing, and bookkeeping services within the 1010 platform. We use AI models to extract, classify, and reconcile your data. We never sell, rent, or share your financial data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data Storage & Security

All data is stored on servers located in India. We use 256-bit AES encryption for data at rest and TLS 1.3 for data in transit. Row-level security ensures each business can only access its own data. We perform regular security audits and penetration testing.

4. AI Processing

Invoice images and documents you upload are processed by our AI models for data extraction and classification. This processing happens in real-time and the AI models are not trained on your individual business data. Your data remains private and is not used to improve models for other customers.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove all personal and financial data within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain records (e.g., GST filing records for the statutory retention period).

6. Your Rights

You can export all your data at any time in standard formats (Excel, PDF, JSON). You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting support. We comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies only — for authentication session management and security. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
